PROBLEM
This new high-end condominium development needed to set itself apart from the other projects that had either already come on the market or were about to be completed.
DESIGN SOLUTION
Lamson Design developed the identity and marketing position, as well as the advertising and print collateral for this project. The unique aspect of this building was the small number of units (10), compared to its competition, in addition to being located within walking distance of downtown. The competitors were all several times larger and all located on the Kentucky side of the river. The design of the identity and marketing materials all mirrored the modernist architecture of the building for continuity.
