We read. We talk to and listen to our clients. We don’t design in a vacuum. Every time we take on a project, our approach is to develop the right answer for that client. It sounds pretty basic, but our clients are always surprised when we come back, citing something in the copy they provided, or from some background information we found. “You actually read it?” they often ask. “We’re not used to designers who do that”. Amazing.
We ask the questions. We open doors to possibilities. And, yes, we make it look great. Plus, the stuff really works. That’s why many of our clients have been with us (and vice versa) for ten years. Or twenty.
